Basic rules for using AutoManage responsibly.

These terms are kept intentionally short. They cover the core operational, billing, and data-use rules that tenants should understand before creating a workspace.

1. Workspace Use

AutoManage is provided for legitimate auto repair and service operations. You are responsible for the activity of your workspace, including the accounts created under it.

2. Account Responsibility

Keep owner and staff credentials secure. Do not share access carelessly. Actions performed through your workspace are treated as authorized unless reported otherwise.

3. Billing and Subscription

Access to paid features depends on an active subscription. If the membership expires or the tenant is deactivated, module access may be restricted until the issue is resolved.

4. Customer and Business Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of customer, vehicle, booking, and billing data entered into the platform. Avoid uploading or storing unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the platform for fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Do not misuse customer information collected through the platform.

6. Suspension or Deactivation

AutoManage may suspend or deactivate a tenant for reasons including non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, or policy violations. In some cases, limited access to billing or settings may remain available for recovery.

7. Availability and Changes

The platform may be updated, improved, or temporarily interrupted for maintenance. Features may evolve over time as long as the service remains usable for its intended purpose.

8. Agreement

By creating a workspace, you confirm that you understand these terms and agree to use AutoManage in a lawful and responsible way.
