1. Intended Use
AutoManage should be used for legitimate business operations such as customer management, service tracking, billing, reporting, and related auto repair workflows.
2. Prohibited Activity
- Do not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, or unlawful transactions.
- Do not send spam, abusive messages, or misleading service communications through the system.
- Do not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service.
3. Access and Security
Do not share owner credentials irresponsibly, attempt to escalate privileges, bypass subscription limits, or access data outside your authorized workspace.
4. Data Handling
Customer and vehicle data should be collected and used only for valid service operations. Tenants should avoid storing unnecessary or misleading information in the system.
5. Platform Protection
Attempts to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or intentionally break the platform may result in suspension, deactivation, or permanent loss of access.
6. Enforcement
AutoManage may restrict or deactivate a tenant that violates these rules, especially where abuse, fraud, billing evasion, or security risk is involved.
