Privacy Policy

How AutoManage handles workspace and customer data.

This policy explains, at a practical level, what information is stored in the system, why it is used, and what responsibilities remain with each tenant using the platform.

1. Information Collected

AutoManage may store business details, staff account information, customer contact data, vehicle details, bookings, job orders, invoices, and audit records needed to operate the service platform.

2. Why the Data Is Used

The data is used to support workspace access, service operations, billing, reporting, customer communication, and system security. Data is processed only for platform functions relevant to shop management.

3. Tenant Responsibility

Each tenant is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and proper handling of the information they enter into the system, especially customer and vehicle records.

4. Access Control

Workspace data is intended to remain isolated per tenant. Access is limited by account role and workspace status. Admin access is reserved for platform-level management and support purposes.

5. Communication

The system may send service, billing, account, and operational emails using the contact details stored in the platform. Tenants are responsible for ensuring those email addresses are correct.

6. Security and Retention

  • Credentials and access should be protected by the tenant.
  • Audit logs and backup files may be retained for operational and security reasons.
  • Deactivated or expired workspaces may remain stored for administrative, billing, or recovery purposes.

7. Limits of the Platform

AutoManage provides tools for managing data, but the tenant remains responsible for complying with applicable laws, customer notice requirements, and internal business procedures.
